Last week's ruling on the South China Sea went unquestionably in favor of the Philippines, awarding them internationally recognized rights to sections of the South China Sea that Beijing fiercely disputes. One of the most significant features awarded to Manila is the infamous Fiery Cross Reef in the heart of the Spratly Islands. But as Greg Torode reports, prying it away from China's grip is a lot easier said than done.
