Bangladesh: Islamic State not behind Dhaka attack
The militants who stormed a café in Dhaka and killed 20 people were members of local militant outfits and not of the Islamic State (IS), says Bangladeshi Interior Minister Asaduzzaman Khan. Diane Hodges reports.
